All RGSD schools will return to in-person learning on Monday, January 13. All classes will resume at their regularly scheduled times. Students must turn in all work from the virtual learning days by Monday to be counted as present on those days.


Riverview Gardens School District will be closed for a snow day on Friday, Jan. 10. There will be no virtual classes. Families, scholars and staff, please check your email for more information.

The RGSD Board of Education recently authorized a demographic study to review the shift in enrollment that impacts the student population in our nine elementary schools. The goal of the study was to analyze enrollment trends, population growth and enrollment projections over the next 10 years.

The Ramily had a ball at Michelle Obama ECAC's holiday karaoke sing-a-long! Families and community members came out to rock the mic. Santa Klaus made a special appearance. Many thanks to all who participated and enjoyed the holiday cheer! #Ramily

Thank you to all the families and community partners who attended the Winter Wonderland Party, hosted by the Office of Family Engagement! We had a great turnaround of parents and scholars! Santa and Mrs. Claus gave away lots of gifts and spread holiday cheer!



Moline Elementary School faculty and staff got into the holiday spirit by kicking off Late Start Wednesday with Reindeer Games. Reindeer Games are fun, team-building activities to promote teamwork and camaraderie. The staff had a blast!
