Today's Community Food Distribution at Gibson Elementary School has been canceled due to issues beyond the district's control. We apologize for the late notification. However, if you need food assistance, RGSD can provide on-site meals at several schools (breakfast and lunch) to students and community members.

In May, sophomores at RGHS were honored during the school’s first annual “Halfway to Graduation” ceremony, recognizing the Class of 2027’s achievement of reaching the midpoint of their high school journey. 🏫✨
The event welcomed families, faculty and staff who gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of the students. Each scholar received a commemorative medal 🥇 and a certificate 📜 acknowledging their progress and dedication over the past two years.

🏫✨On May 20, The Little Bit Foundation hosted a school tour at RGHS for incoming freshmen from Central Middle School.
The scholars toured the campus and participated in a Q&A session with a panel of current RGHS scholars. 🎤
The event’s featured guest speaker was Aisha Bowe — aerospace engineer, STEM advocate, space tourist and entrepreneur. 🚀💼

No More Late Start Wednesdays! All RGSD schools will observe regular hours Monday - Friday. There are no more Late Start Wednesdays for the remainder of the school year. New Wednesday start times - High School - 7:30 am, Elementary - 8:05 am, Middle School 8:45 am
