Foundational Literacy Presentation Flyer

Riverview Gardens School District is inviting parents and staff to learn more about three potential foundational literacy programs being considered for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. The informational event will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Riverview Gardens High School Library, located at 1218 Shepley Drive in St. Louis.

During the session, representatives will present details on three curriculum programs under review: Amplify, Benchmark Education, and HMH. Attendees will have the chance to explore how each program supports early literacy development and ask questions about the materials being evaluated for adoption.

Parents and staff who are unable to attend in person may join virtually through RGSD's YouTube page. Additional resources and program documents are also available online for the community to review.

RGSD encourages families and employees to participate and share input as the district moves closer to selecting a new foundational literacy curriculum to support student achievements.

Here is the 25/26 Scoring Foundational Literacy link to score each product for the textbook adoption.  Please remember to score each vendor if you are participating in the adoption process.
