Riverview Gardens School District is partnering with The Little Bit Foundation and Operation Food Search to host a free holiday meal kit distribution on Friday, Dec. 19, at Riverview Gardens High School (1218 Shepley Drive). The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. Meal kits will be available while supplies last.
The distribution is open to all families in the Riverview Gardens School District at no cost.
Each kit will include shelf-stable food items such as pasta, soup, vegetables, cereal and snacks. Boxes of fresh fruits and vegetables will also be available.
The event will support families during the holiday season by addressing food needs across the community.
Families are encouraged to arrive early, as quantities are limited.
