1. Central Middle School’s Brandon, Elijah and Jamiya were honored at the Oct. 28 Board of Education meeting for Riverview Excellence. Brandon and Elijah launched “Three Things You Should Know About Central Middle School” and Jamiya launched the “Just Ask Jamiya” podcast. Thank you scholars for helping to keep CMS informed. 

2. The Freckle Math Challenge is almost here! Freckle is an online Math and English platform utilized by our students in grades kindergarten through 12th grade. 3. The RGSD Climate & Culture Survey is now live! Parents, students, staff and community members, please take 3-4 minutes to take this important survey. It helps guide the policies and practices of RGSD. It can also help RGSD earn full accreditation! Visit rgsdmo.org/surveys today!

4. Moline Elementary School has been selected to join the 2025-26 cohort of the Emerson Early Literacy Challenge (EELC), a major initiative aimed at closing literacy gaps and ensuring children across St. Louis achieve reading proficiency by third grade. 5. RSGD will host a DESE Public Hearing on Thursday, Nov. 20 at Westview Middle School at 6 pm. Regular public hearings are required by DESE as part of Riverview Gardens School District’s provisional accreditation status. This meeting is open to the public.
