In an ongoing effort to ensure the safety of the RGSD school community, metal detectors will be in use at all RGSD schools and district administration buildings beginning the 2025-26 school year.
The district has also implemented a clear backpack policy for all students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade to enhance security measures and ensure transparency in the screening process. If you need assistance with a clear backpack, please contact your school.
