Coldwater Creek Informational Meeting

Ramily, we want to ensure those who may have been affected by Coldwater Creek are aware of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) and have the opportunity to learn how to apply for federal compensation.

During this session, attendees will:

Learn about who may be eligible for compensation, including affected ZIP codes

Receive guidance on completing the RECA application

Speak with experts and advocates who can answer questions

Get assistance from The Pink Angels, who will be available to help with forms

Who May Be Eligible:

Residents who lived, worked, or attended school in the following Missouri ZIP codes for at least two years after January 1, 1949 may be eligible:

Compensation Information:

Eligible individuals may receive up to $50,000 or reimbursement for out-of-pocket medical expenses and $25,000 for a deceased qualifying relative. Eligibility is based on the diagnosis and the residence, work, or school in the affected areas during the qualifying time frame.
