The Riverview Gardens School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Bridgett Gillom as its new benefits coordinator. In this role, Gillom will be responsible for managing employee benefits.
She will oversee the annual enrollment process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. She will also collaborate with benefit providers and maintain an organized system for all benefit-related documentation and information.
"We are thrilled to welcome Bridgett Gillom to the RGSD family,” said Chief Financial Officer Stephanie Terry. “Her proven experience in benefits administration and dedication to supporting employees will be a tremendous asset to our district.”

Gillom brings over 20 years of customer service experience and a strong background in benefits administration and employee relations to RGSD. She previously served as confidential secretary in the Finance Department at Alton Community Unit School District No. 11. During her term there, she served as the primary liaison for benefits vendors and ensured adherence to COBRA, FMLA and other legal requirements. She also administered and managed benefits for over 800 employees.

Gillom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
